Live Capture Frequency does not work

See title. Even when set to high nothing happens. I'm certain that this option is broken and does not function properly.

Could you report this please? I was so looking forward to this one, but turns out it's not working.

What was your sandbox setup when you wanted live capture frequency enabled?

I had mine working in a DFW-themed Pennsylvania game, I had set it to medium as setting it high made it way too common. I noted it was unlike that of the DFW campaign and chaos theory mode where the map has a handful of live captures, as I noted they come individually instead, still it could be because I kept accepting the live captures at an equally high rate to negate the multiple options in sandbox mode.

It did take some time att first for the first live capture to come, after that it was rather common to get live captures.
