LOAD FAILED

"There was a problem retrieving commander data from the server"

Yesterday while pursuing the mission board I got dumped from the server with this message. Every time I try to log back in from the main menu I receive this error message.

I've got a ticket open... which currently seems to be troubleshooting from the edge and possible network issues on my end; which frankly I find to be complete rubbish. So I'm playing the support game, jumping through the hoops, but thought that perhaps one of you fine people encountered this before and could tell me how you resolved it.

Appreciate the input, if nothing less for conversation as I cry in my coffee over being unable to fly my ships!

The same thing is happening to me. It started the night the 03.24 patch came out. I wasn't able to play all night. I created a support ticket and within 4-5 hours they wrote back saying they fixed the problem with my account. Tonight, I was able to play for maybe 20 minutes. Then I got disconnected and now I'm getting the same error and can't log in.
This really sucks because I am very limited on how much time (basically weekend nights). This sux - please help Frontier!![mad]

It's possible that it's your clock synchronisation

Check out this article on how to fix. Happened to me a few days ago and I had to try a few different clocks before it work.
