I am a PVP pirate. I fired on several Traders who ignored my demands recently. At least I thought they were ignoring my demands but they might have been trying to communicate. Today, while testing weapons with a friend, I learned that local chat is still bugged. Any messages sent over local chat cannot be seen or read by other Commanders. Direct messaging still works.

Most Traders reply to me using local so there is a good chance they may have been trying to communicate with me. If I opened fire on your ship after you tried to communicate, my apologies.
