I have a question and rather than start a new thread until my findings are complete, or add it to the Saggy A list seemed inapropriate so would like to ask you fellow explorers since many of you have been far and wide and could give me some feedback i hope.
main thing i'd like to ask after seeing threads of explorers coming in with stats of what they discovered enroute.
Many list how many ELW's , Waterworlds, terraformables if appropriate ( too many to list i find personally ) and Neutron stars. Some i see stop to scan 1200 stars!. i presume this is for building towards their elite rank.
Now Black Holes, why do so few list finding them? . no doubt they do.
Up till Pioneer i had only discovered 2 first discoverys orbiting blue giants in a little constelation and i was very proud. i had found and scanned many for the credits but not first discovered but those 2.
up till that point i had put off Sag A trip, and had not encountered neutron fields. Having refined my search and detection methods i had much fun finding more holes than ever undiscovered.
Along with the Willo-the-wisp lights from Blackholes/neutron and white dwarfs i had been very curious about the phenomenon, until finding the neutron fields aplenty i thought they were random mishaps or other posts reported them as bugs in the game.
i hope i am right as they were exceedingly useful in my method,
Now how many BH first discoverys is normal for you guys exploring having been near neutron fields or having been to the core passing many on the way..?
i'm still on way back to bubble 22000 lyrs out,
but having tagged near 40-60 first discovery black holes and predict another 30-40 on the rest of the trip with the fields ahead, is 100 BH first discoverys normal? or am i onto something,,,,,
i've bypassed wasting time on neutron stars, maybe only first discovered 40 or more,, i dont count them as theyre less intresting.
