Hooray! Glad you're now in a position where you can get some positive/negative confirmation on specific elements of Elite lore.

I noticed that you lore guide on Generation Ships no longer mentions the Mayflower '97 by name. Is 2097 now considered to be too near-term for something like that to be technologically plausible? I was pre-planning a mission to try and find the old '97 when 'lorepocalypse' brought everything into question. Even if the mission is still 'part of history' I doubt Frontier actually has the Mayflower in-game as an asset but the mission would be less about actually finding the Mayflower and more about building the social aspect of engaging explorers in the shared experience. If, however, the Mayflower '97 never launched I'll just shelve the whole idea.
