Luxury run at TENCHE

I hate trading, but this is like cramming for an exam......get it done fast before its too late.

Edit :

Nope, that's all I can take.

I've done 2 hours, and made about 1.2m so that's cool, but even when trading is this easy, it still bores the very life out of me.
I think I've proved to myself that its not the profession for me.

I've sold the T6 and I'm going back to being a bad boy, space cowboy in the old Tri-Cob.
70's rock classics on Spotify....yeah ZZ Top, baby.....OK, lets go find some trouble.

on the python (+shield!!!!) I could grind 6M/hour... then I jumped to an unequipet shortranger, Lakon T9 (doesn't need to jump anyway so...) and with shield got a 500cargo run.... 12M / hour!!!! Now I sit in the Anaconda, but... 400cargo only, I put back the shield on it, before I was on 464 but it's freaking expensive to repair and HARD to dock at the beginning ^^ I admit, I made ONE run w/o shield NEITHER assurance ... hell I'm good, I'm still alive :) :)

Wow this is a lucrative route but man this run is brutal. I did about 2 hours worth and just wanted to stick a fork in my eye. I really wanna get my T7 quickly, but this is rough.

Yes, I'm never going to complain about a boring grind after this one. Especially since I'll be da money!!!! :D

I did it for over an hour last night in my L9 with upgraded thrusters and downgraded FSD. Much smoother with that 50m beast helping me maneuver. At a certain point though, that much repetition in such short spans can get hazardous. I quit when I'd accounted for an unexpected loss +roughly what I would have made playing my normal way. Any more than that, and yes I think the eyes start to bleed. Trade routes are so much more engaging, despite what the fighter pilots seem to believe.

Watch a movie while you run or something. :D Might slow you down a bit but at least you don't feel that way.

Have an audiobook running. You can dedicate 95% of your brain to that and use the last 5% to remember to ask for docking clearance. :)

I've made a few runs and a few million but can't stand doing any more either, so back to running a long rares route instead. I can spend hours going from system to system and scanning everything, but this back and forth to the same place all the time isn't for me.

Thanks to the OP in any case for posting.

Oh god, I can't even count how many times I've forgot docking request running this route. Logging out before you get a fine isn't considered an exploit is it?

Been at it since 11am pretty much constantly... now sitting in a Type 7 and am working to upgrade to an a5 FSD so i can get home once the traders leave.

Started the day with a Type 6 and 9mCR cash... now Type 7 and 7mCR cash.

Its horrible... so much pain and repetition but in a weird way its been fun. Wouldnt want to do it every day though.

Please FD, don't count this as an exploit and please let us keep our stuff.

That would suck, I've made around 150 million with this. I seriously doubt they'd consider this an exploit, it's clearly meant to be part of the game (although I doubt they are suppose to last this long).

Its fine, totally legitimate way of making money.

Same as rares in its prime - that beauty was making me DOUBLE the amount of money that i am making at Beta Sculptoris and i was flying a Python in Gamma because of it....

I am so bored that I managed to crash into a L9 once, left with only 8% hull, so avoided the whole ship insurance, but just the repair which was about half, and I also managed to boost inside the station while docking = completely absent minded :D - which was an insurance claim.

Trading is not for me, but this is such a money earner, that it is hard to resist not raking in a few mil while it's there.

In a weird masochistic way, it is fun. When I crashed - that was the most fun actually, hilarious.

Yeah, same for me. Hitting the station after forgetting to use docking comp was the most fun part of the game for me in last days. This thing is like a second work and i reward myself for it with other games.
