Alright, what I'm gonna do is to run my normal route which has confirmed infinite supply of Palladium last time I checked. Currently it's at 48,000 units, and it takes me about 10 minutes to do the route. I'm going to try and run down the supply by 10,000, which should guarantee price change. If the price or supply doesn't budge, this will confirm that infinite supply still exists, and so that directly extends to say that a system with all 3 properties is still possible to be found.
The other alternative is to attempt to trigger another economic boom in Beta Sculptoris or Tenche, since we already know those stations have infinite supply.
Anyway, it's going to take me around 3-4 hours to run down about 10k supply of Plad, so I'll keep everyone posted.
