What's the issue with it counting as smuggling?

What goods count as luxuries exactly?

Only that it won't increase your elite trader rank or faction reputation.

Seems like they're breaking down.. for me they disappeard immediately after I entered the signal source the last two times. I'm already on my way back to my traditional trade route.

It's a brown dwarf, and yeah - it's awesome! The magenta glow is eerie as anything...

They bug out for no reason. I've had them pay me (without the large font blue text, just orange text) and instantly port out. Sometimes reloading the game resets them and they work fine. Sometimes you have to travel to the Seeking Luxuries a little further away to reset them. Sometimes they work fine the first time but if you use the log out log in trick they bug out again.

I had one pay me last night without the large blue font as well...strange happenings.

Ah I figured it was a proto-star but I didn't scan it, just enjoyed the view.

I just finished a late night run. I woke up at 4 am and went until 10:40. I started in open which was pretty quiet at first. Just a few traders for a while. I was flying next to a python leaving the station, and we were both stuck, trying to jump, when I get the message "get away from me, you're making us mass locked

" LOL. It was cool being around players again since my normal route is baron of commanders....then I get killed from behind by dumbfire missles just after I sold my cargo. Ughh solo mode.

Mm? Traders are still there, major influence steady at 99%. Go get 'em if you still want to.
