Stupid question. Do the restrooms still have a running cost like in the first game? Do the attractions have running costs? Or is it just the power stations and amenities? Running into some financial trouble and trying to figure out exactly what I can keep running and what is costing me.

Restrooms and Attractions don't have running costs. Check your Amenity coverage, what type they are, and what modules you have in them. What they serve and what you have installed play a HUGE role in getting the most from the Amenities.
