Material trader change proposal.

I, like many other's, feel as if the material trader's rates are too steep. I agree with the devs that there should be a loss, but I think the current rates are WAY too steep.

In the current system, you have to pay 6n materials for one material of n gradesgreater, while only getting back 3n if you trade down n tiers. An addition x6 cost modifier is applied if you are trading materials of a different type (shielding for composites for example). This leads to outrageous costs that essentially mean it is pointless to ever try and trade upwards.

In my proposed system, all materials can be traded at a ratio of 3n:1 where n is the difference in between material grades. In laymans terms, you can trade 3 g1's for a g2, 1 g2 for 3 g1's, 9 g1's for a g3, ect. Essentially the same as the current system but materials are just as valuable for trading up a grade as for trading down. There's a catch though. Whenever you trade up a grade, there is a 20% tax applied to the transaction, rounded up. This means it costs 4 g1's to get a g2, 11 for a g3, 33 for a g4, and 98 for a g5. Additionally, there is a 100% tax applied if you trade across material types.

I feel like this system would be much more fair than the one that the dev's implemented, and allow players to realistically trade lower grade materials for higher ones, and trade across material types, without making all materials interchangeable.
