Mentoring

So I’m in a mood to mentor...but the option is missing. Did I do something wrong?

The way I remember it working was, announced that I was mentoring thru multi-crew. Went about my business, and someone would even eventually appear in my ship, excited, looking for guidance. It was quite a super cool mechanic.

What am I missing?

Euhm... if you in a small ship whit no other multi-crew space then you can't mentor a player... that's about the only option i can think of in this case.

Um too small . JK. Maybe it was removed from Elite Dangerous.

But then again if you in solo or private mode then multi-crew won't work to.
