Does a set of black paints for the original ships really equate to 'people playing since Horizons have most of the skins for free'? Even if Leppers got a few consolation skins to ease their pain, that's a far cry from the claim made.

I thought his comment was specifically within the context of the black paints. So no it obviously doesn't mean 'most paints' but does mean 'most of the black paints'.

I made that "claim" because it's not a claim. It's a fact.
When Horizons was first launched in 2015, pre-orders were given midnight black skins for every vehicle in the game at the time, excluding the SRV which didn't get skin support until later.
I know this because I am one of those players.
