b6 and b5 scb ,military armour,2 c3 beams,3 multi cannons.fill the rest as us like.
How do I use scb properly? I'm more of a hull reinforced guy now.

Welcome, Kurind. Don't miss that cq one bit, a little thing called crew rest got me out of that when I made crew chief.

SCB's are usually the difference between freezing to death in deep space or making it back to the station for beers. (Especially in PvP) With that said, IMHO I use B rated of whatever class I might be using. Reason being, you get one extra charge than the A rated and ends up being more MJ's in the end. Depending on how fast im taking hits, I usually activate when I have one ring of shield left. Just remember to use them before your sheids go down, otherwise they are useless. Hope that helps. Put both in same fire group but disable the power of one so you don't engage both when you press the trigger as only one can boost your shields at once.wait till your shield has approx one ring left till you fire off a SCB.use B grade SCB as you get almost the same power as A grade SCB but they have an extra boost I.e 4 instead of 3 I think.
The Viper is a great little fighter, with a temperamental (literally) attitude. She's prone to overheating and has a lack of power for all the bells and whistles. I spent a lot of time in one. Once you start building to A rated you really have to power manage the heck out of her. This site, http://coriolis.io is a huge help doing just that! In the mean time just use E2 or C2 SCB to start with. Side note, upgrade power distributor and powerplant asap. Later.

The SCB multiplies with each SCB used when firing. Example: If you use two 4B SCB's you will recharge 280MJ of shield vs. 140MJ when firing only one.
I have quite a few that are still "validating" from several weeks ago right after the game's full release. Do you actually have your name on the system's planets already?

Yes but there are multiple reasons why you'd not want to fire two SCBs at once. The shield may be down just enough to as where only one SCB is needed. There's also power management needed with the more SCBs held active. I run my FAS with one 4B SCB. Helped me get just shy of 2 million Cr last night in the Cayutorme CG (I also got out with a burst canopy and 18% hull left... ' overpowered NPC Python...)
Which CG are you doing? The Empire or the Syndicate?
