Ditto. Problem seems to be isolated to the mission board in Explorer's Anchorage. I guess we could all travel back to the bubble, sign up, and then travel back...

For Water and Liquid Oxygen, there's an Icy ring at ABCD 1 right in the CG system. Of course, that'll probably have more NPC pirates than mining elsewhere would attract.
