Mining Rig closer placement should be allowed

Right now the planetary mining feels like a gimmick fun for 30 mins, for it to be worth doing and viable you should be able to deploy multiple rigs in the same deposit, if the zone is big enough all 12 should be able to deployed

Alternatively the deposits could be way wider aswell

First couple I've found while trying out the Rhino were literally only big enough for one rig. Hoping that's not true of the majority, particularly further out into the black (I'm currently in the Colonia region, but testing out surface mining in occupied systems).
