Once you gain allied with a minor/player faction, it would be nice to be able to rep that group. In addition to that, it could add to more interplayer activity. Simply put a mission there that has no expiry, and a weekly/monthly salary for each week/month the mission is held. It hopefully could identify you as a member/ally of the group, and even make you a target of other players that are doing massacre missions etc.
