Missing DLC

I purchased the DLC Jurassic World Evolution 2: Prehistoric Marine Species Pack.
Two of the four dinosaurs were missing. I have searched for these two dinosaurs and they are not available in the dig sites found on JWE2 toolbox I complained to PlayStation (PS4 disk game) and they are being very slow and awkward and have asked me to contact the game publishers the publishers don’t have a direct contact so I am posting this with the hope that someone can assist .

I have deleted and reinstalled the game and refreshed the licence. This is what PlayStation suggested on their website. I have attached a screen shot showing what the DLC is meant to contain and also another showing the available marine dinosaurs at that part of the game / challenge .
Please can someone help?

Did you check sandbox mode to see if all the species were added? It could be something to do with the game mode.

Most challenge mode maps purposefully restrict availability to one or two species, same goes for all DLCs, so it may just be the map.
