I know that there's been a balancing in mission payouts.But is the trade(deliver missions) payments been hammered so much?

As with everything, mission payouts depend on several factors. Such as your affiliation level with the local factions, the current state the faction/system is in, how far you are traveling etc...

What sort of deals are you being offered, money wise?

I'm getting up to 6mil for close ones and 10mil for ones 300kls away.

Most transport missions are around 300000-400000 credits.The smallest payout i was getting was at least 3 million credits
