I've just taken on a Delivery mission, loaded the cargo, arrived at the destination to discover the Starport doesn't exist. Is this a bug?

Thanks, seems like I'm not the only one. Do I abandon the cargo or sell it on the Black Market?
I'd sell it, as you're going to get hit with a non-delivery fine. But up to you 
I got a 60k fine and 6k for selling the cargo. I'll take that as a 10% discount.

What's most annoying is I was almost allied with the faction that gave me the mission, then lost loads of rep.
Do an exploration loop or shoot wanted ships in the system (no need to bother with a mission) then hand in at one of the factions stations and your rep will bounce back up.
