Hi Mobius, I would very much like a personal signature, I'm not sure what you need to do this for me as I don't really understand the process of signature making, but it would be great to have one.

Telstar, look through some of the sigs Mobius has done already by clicking on the sig in his post and then on the link to his sigs, they may give you an idea what you'd like. Then talk to Mobius. He is very good, and will make changes until you are happy with it.
Mobius, a question ... your sig is a single link to a post with 4 seperate links ... why not have the 4 links in your sig, so if people click on the signatures part, they go to the sigs, and if they click on the off the wall stuff, they go there?

good point. I started out as that when putting the sig together but never finished it off as it starts getting messy with all the img links and sub links. now as you bring it up ill have a go at doing just that tonight I think.

You may have seen some signatures that are very VERY thin images, something like 80 pixels high. Some people have many of these all in their signature and they can look quite neat. I have even seen some where when you put them in your sig, they combined form a larger picture.
Maybe you could do that for the forum, with the DDF, Backer, Author, Lurker, Founder, Artist, Lave Radio as ideas?
(so imagine each image is 80 pixels high ... you'd stack them like this :

or do you mean create small generic sigs like your samples
also I split up my banner so they all link to each page.
I meant each one is a seperate image on it's own.

I think that's a good idea you have there Alien, having a few small lines of choice sigs, could see that one take off, if mobius can do it....

I can make loads of changes like make it bigger/longer more colourful. the more info you give me the more it will be personalised.
to install the banner
click userCP in the top left then click edit signature
then copy and paste this into the text box

OK, I had a go at the thin signatures I was talking about.
Please remember, these are only rough examples of what I meant, and that I am sure Mobius could do these a lot better than I can.
I have put a line between each one so you can see that they are all separate images.
Now, I doubt anyone would have all 7, but if you had say 3 or 4, you'd have to ask for them to be made as there are simply too many combinations too post all the possibilities.
Here they are all together so you can see how it might look :
If you had just 3 or 4, the logo would be smaller to fit the smaller height.
But this what I was thinking of.
Let's say you were an Author, a Lurker, a Founder and an Artist (unlikely I know, but I'm using the examples I have)
Here is how that might look :
And that was done simply using the middle four images.
As I said, Mobius could do this so much better than me.
