200 bookmarks was always tight for me as a trader and explorer, and now with colonization its even worse! I do use squadron bookmarks as well but thats crummy, i'm a visual person and i like to see alol my bookmarks in 3d space, vs in a spreadsheet or a notepad as some people do, at least for pc and new gen consoles please up the limit to 500!

I think that your systems should get a yellow marker, something like when you have a ship in the system. It would be nice to have them stand out amongst the sea of orange bookmarks, and it wouldn't use up a bookmark slot.
i agree, i want my colonies to be a bookmark thats bright yellow like you said, and on every layer of the gal map, right now only the colonization tap shows them as yellow in the sea of pink and even then its just a tiny yellow triangle.
200 bookmarks is more than I've ever needed or wanted, still it doesn't seem as though adding more would be hard. I wonder if it'd be possible for someone to write a mod for this... Seems like it shouldn't be too difficult to store additional bookmarks as text, but getting the game to actually display them may be impossible...
