General Mouse settings for FA OFF and FA ON

I'd like to configure my mouse controls for FA off and FA on differently, but there're no such options.
I think, if there wil be option like this, FAoff will be more friendly for CMDRs with mouse controls.

There's an easy solution for this: FA OFF permanently.
