I was hoping to see Multi Crews as a way to share your ride with other commanders in any way you wished.
Having said that Roles do at least give people wishing to join you some idea of what they're expected to do.
However a more general role is needed to cover people performing missions which can often include any or all of the other roles.
A role where a commander hosting the crew can perhaps send a text describing what he's doing.
