Multibrew - A Suggestion

There has been a lot of talk about the coffee makers in the Fed ships. I have an idea for how to incorporate them into game play.

Solo Pilot: You perform a function on your functions menu. A disposable cup drops down, is filled with a stream of steaming joe, your pilot snags it and downs it, you get 1 extra pip for 15 minutes.

Multicrew: Same thing happens for both you and the co-pilot, but before you down it you guys bro-smash the cups together in a big toast, you each get 1 extra pip for 15 minutes.

What do you guys think? Pretty snazzy, huh?

As an added bonus, when the toast occurs you hear "BRO-SMASH!!!" and a callout like in the comic books flashes across the screen.

Or even better - yours is real, but your crewman's is a hologram, so you just wind up flinging hot coffee across the cockpit.

There are all kinds of possibilities here.

As the end of that 15 minute period, either or both will need to purge that coffee, which means heading to the water closet.. oh, wait.. we can't stand up.
-2 pips for wet Remlock Suits until properly cleaned.

I like it. For every benefit, we must have resulting drawback of some kind. Consequences.
