my game save wa deleted and need to start from 0

Good afternoon, I played for a long time at Elite near 400 hours,had some ships and credits, than i didnt played for a long time, may be deleted the game/update my OC and so on


Today i want to play Elite with my ships, redownloaded the game, open it and saw that I have to start everything from 0
i dont know why???, is it possible to restore progress?
