My very first real attempt (the Bengal Tiger one doesn't count).
Mandril Enclosure. Near-perfect coverage of every requirement.
Elevated home. Arrow points to a Mandril on the roof ( the first one in the habitat and that's the first thing he does

Busy making changes to the bottom left (glass 1/way wall for looking at the Mandril at ground level, and then an elevated walkway around the enclosure) still to come.
