You can use the "Insert image" button and drag and drop your screenshots there or you can select "attach files" and do it that way.
You can also upload them to a online image sharing site like Imgur or Flickr, etc. and also use the "Insert image" button but select the "by url" option and copy/paste the direct links in it.
