My staff refuse to use the staff room!

It doesn't matter what upgrade I put on my staff building, my park staff will not use it and I don't understand why! Is this a bug that needs reporting?

Do you have "Staff Management Features" unchecked in your game options? That's the only thing I can think of that might be the cause. They should be using it even if there's a terrible scenery score & zero upgrades.

No, I just checked and it's not unticked, so is there any other reason they could be refusing to use the Staff Room?

What kind of game do you play? Sandbox? Scenario?
Isn't your staff using staff buildings at all? Or do they just and only ignore this one?

In 'Settings' do you have 'Staff Happiness' and 'Staff Management Features' enabled in the 'Game' tab?
