My suggestions for upcoming patches

After playing since launch the following things need changing IMO

docking bay holograms need to stop dissapearing.

police need to stop shooting unwanted players even if they killed one of their pirate friends.

being caught smuggling should not make a player lose an entire rank e.g friendly to nuetral

if you hit launch without enough money for buyback you should get a popup on screen saying your stupid and would you like your ship converted to a sidewinder right now.

conflict zones need to pay more than 3k per ship if it's to be anywhere near productive as trading.

npc ships need to be increased in difficulty (with the exception of elite anaconda's)

shield cells should limited to 1 bank per ship

elite anaconda missions need to pay double or triple current payout.

exploring needs to be worth more, 3 days exploring earns as much money as a 1 hour rare trade run

sell all button needed for cartographers.

bulletin board missions should scale, I don't want a 400cr mission when I have 20 million

naval ascension needs to show a progression bar, so you can see how far before next rank mission

chat and voice comms needs a look at.

Thats about it, loving the game so far, hopefully see some tweaks in next patch
 
I'd agree with most of this, apart from the ship telling you your stupid! You should know that already if you don't leave enough for re-buy costs.

Agreed - although I would say that NPCs should scale in difficulty to the player's combat ability. So new harmless players still have some fairly easy kills, but when the start to get better the NPCs start to get better.

Disagree with these.

Exploration - well you don't really go into it for the credits. Although some systems are extremely profitable (over 100K Cr for 10-15 mins work isn't bad).

For the missions - well if you have 20M Cr then there aren't that many missions that are worth it are there? In reality nearly all the jobs are going to be fairly mundane for the rich kids. Personally I would want to see more involved missions which require multiple steps (which maybe unknown at the start) and maybe complex branching missions. These could have bigger payouts as they would require a lot more work (and which may require fetching and delivering and combat).
