The most factions I have seen in a system is seven. The Pleiades are the seven sisters in mythology. I think the factions could each be a reference to one of the seven sisters and stars in the nebula. I know it doesnt name the station, but I'd rather everyone else figure that out.

I appreciate the recognition, (honestly its great! ) but I want to push more of these, or similar, in the future. I don't want people to doubt my reasons the next time I push for another community event.

Kerydian Terminal is bigger than just one CMDR. So no worries there. Common, it's awesome and you know you want to see it named that. Yes you are the front of the name, but any other combination of the names Kerman, Ryder, and Obsidian sound like gibberish:

Obkerder?
Rydkerdian?
Rydsidman?​

Yeah, see they just don't work. So it has to be Kerydian. I guess it could be just Rydian Terminal, but that feels like 2/3 of a name.

So then it might as well be Obsidian Orbital at that rate.
