Hmm... also I like Obsidian Orbital and of course Tannhauser Gate, Blade Runner is one of my all time favourite movies, I'm thinking of Obsididian Rift to build a little bridge to the Black hole and the imaginable effects of it...
But as many of you point out, the station is on the as... errrm.... edge of civilisation and so Land's end comes to my mind

Laika Station - 'Station' reminds me of the I.S.S and has more of a continuous feel of exploration than 'rest'. Rest is nice but I think the spirit of exploration should live on and look forward.
Pleiades Gateway - If it were real life this is what I would be expecting to see on my scanners, and a welcome site it would be.
Obsidian Reach - As others have suggested, there are already a lot of 'Orbitals' and I think reach has a nicer shorter ring to it.
PS any chance we will get to see this thing in it's construction stage?
