Names and Colors

I have a question.
At the console version (XBOX, PS4) can we name our dinosaurs and change their colors?
Because someone told me, that only PC version would have those options.

Everything in the game will be in all versions. Whoever told you that is either misinformed or they are trolling you for laughs.

The only thing PC gamers get different is an ugly orange optional color for the ACU ranger vehicle and helicopter. The PS4 gets blue and the xbox one gets green. That is if your preorder the game. The console people get better colors.
