A few years ago I started mining for Painite, but the constant pickup of materials I didn't want was frustrating, but I managed to find a menu within my ship (whilst mining) that allowed me to only collect stuff that I wanted to collect, like Painite and would ignore the other materials. I now find that I need to get some Osmium, but my collectors will not pick it up, and I can't find the in game menu that allows me to select the items that I want to collect, Has Frontier removed this menu or if not can someone tell me were it has gone to or how to access it?

Thanks for answering, but I still can't find it, Navigation panel just contains menu to show system filters, and galaxy map. Which button do you mean for tab? on the right?Left hand panel - Nav Panel
Tab right to Contacts and they should all be there, greyed out down the bottom is whats being ignored.
Whatever button you use in the right hand panel to go through Ship, Cargo, Reputation tabs etc (not in game so titles may be wrong), to move through Chat, friends in the top menu, is the same button to tab across in the left hand panel.
theres 3 tabs in the left hand, Nav Panel, the Bounty tab and a Contacts tab, its the Contacts tab you need.
On XB I think default is LB/RB, dunno about any other platform.

Cheers Vetinari, but I suddenly realised I have to be in the ring with the limpets out and blasting a roid before I can access this menu, so it's sorted now. I removed everything by using the remove from ignore option, I will just dump what I don't want from now on, don't know how often I will be out mining over the next few years, I may just buy an FC again, after de-commisioning my first FC due to all the problems with the nerfing of Tritium, but only after Frontier make it easier, but thanks for all your help, much appreciated.
