Need Mission Help...

It all started when I was Bounty Hunting in the RES. I got an inbox message offering me a mission to kill 16 military ships for over 1 million cr. "Easy", I thought, "I can go to a CZ somewhere and kill 16 ships. Probably only take 40 minutes or so." So I took it. Then I flew to the target system and checked the Transactions tab. The mission was there, but it said I had to find the targets in a USS, a RES or a Nav Beacon. I went and looked in some USSes, I went to the Nav Beacon, there was no RESes showing up on the Nav Panel, and I went and had a look in a Checkpoint and a CZ. So where are these military ships?

You do realize that if you kill military ships outside of a CZ or Anarchy system, you will incur a murder bounty plus misc. fines. Some of these spawn in locales that lack CZ's.

A million cr reward is not sufficient to offset the negatives. These are a pass for me.

Didn't know that. Not doing any more once this one's either done or failed.
