Need urgent help with 2-level habitat

Hello lovely community.

I just started to play some Planet Zoo again after a long break. However, I haven't gotten ahead for a few days because I have a problem with my monkey enclosure. The enclosure I am trying to build should have two floors. The first habitat on the ground floor is supposed to be a hugh rainforest inside a mountain. No problems with that. The second habitat is supposed to be right on the top of the first enclosure, so monkeys can climb above and take a sunbath on top of that mountain. This is were the trouble starts because we are not allowed to make 2 doors for one enclosure.
Because of that I made one entry for zoo keepers on the ground floor. I made a null barrier around both enclousers so the game recognize it as one habitat. Everything works fine on the ground floor but my zoo keepers will not move upstairs to refill food and clean up. I tried to get zoo keepers upstairs by building a path inside the enclosure but that diden't worked. I also tried to use ramps but the zoo keepers still can't go up. If anyone here is able to help I would be so greatful.

Nice idea!
Using a conection inside the habitat should work. The keepers have to be able to use them, that's the tricky part I suppose.
It's impossible to tell from your picture what exactly the problem is, but using ramps or stairs is the solution...

Using ramps and stairs is what I did. I placed them inside the habitats. Zoo keepers are even able to use them. But whenever I put a zoo keeper on the stairs they will only move downstairs to the exit. They won't refill anything upstairs even when I delete all food bowls downstairs Maybe the AI is broken and I should send my save file to Frontier?

If you put a zoo keeper on the stairs inside the habitat, they have no reason to go upstairs/be in the habitat. You need someone to enter the habitat, check for food/cleaning and then going in to do the work.

You could try to make a screenshot from the ramp/stairs you are using. Maybe something is blocking the road for the zookeepers. I'm thinking about too low ceilings or something like that.
