Hi Chantal

I received an email about winning a competition in January which was super awesome! I replied with my details via email but heard nothing back.

I have also reached out on Twitter/X with @Frontier_Help but again no response.

I just wanted to know if there is any confirmation that my details were received and if I could have some kind of tracking for the prize?

I used the same email as this forum account

I forgot to respond when I first saw this, but I've made them aware. :)
