I've already suggested a new DLC that would allow players to recreate demolished rides and theme parks in their game. But there were many that were never built to begin with.
The Walt Disney Corporation tried to create a new theme park called Disney's American Celebration, which would have distilled American history and culture into a theme park with rides and exhibits. But it was never constructed due to various concerns. Other places like Port Disney, Disney Sea, and various new rides for Toon Town were never built due to the constant problems with Disneyland Paris.
With some research, you could create DLC containing set pieces, animatronics and other scenery items that will allow us to create the theme parks that never were.
