Let's be honest here, it's ugly
I’d wager 2 L and 4 M, just to be more fitting to her multirole aspect.
3 huge one on each wing and one hidden in the nose ??

The cockpit is too far back, but there's really no working around the fact that they decided to reuse the courier cockpit for a medium ship. That canopy is going to be unsightly on this ship anywhere they put it. The design needs its own cockpit, but FDEV has made it obvious that they are unwilling or unable to create new interior spaces at this point.
They made one for the Cobra V, and I'd bet they are probably making one for another of the ships this year. Just not this one.
You know... I made that picture as a complete joke, but the more I look at it, the more I'm actually liking the design.

Fair point! I actually forgot about that one. I bought it, engineered it, and parked it. And I haven't flown the mark III in so long I wouldn't know the difference except for the lower viewport. I think I'll fly them one after another tonight and take some time to admire the artwork and effort. Maybe troll some nav beacons and see if I can find wanted NPCs to gank...
I'm getting way more value out of this game of pin the cockpit on the donkey than all of Colonoscopy.
This is what I was thinking.
If they could tilt the iCourier canopy forward and then position it further along the nose it'd look more "natural" and it'd help disguise the size of that beak.
Ugh.. that’s one of the things I hate the most about the conda and the vette.
I like that one.
