If Enterprise-inspired P2 Ship kit is any indicator - Corsair might also get an appropriate kit with that paintjob.

It looks like they took a clipper and fixed the main issues with it: Made it medium, fixed convergence, added more internals. They did say it was a successor.

Yep, the Corsair seems to be the ship I spent years wishing the Clipper was.

As written above, this is a multi-purpose ship and therefore loses to combat ships: FDL, Python2, Mamba.

This coloring would be good for miners and traders.

With information available from streams - Corsair is a very very good multirole. It has a lot of nice characteristics (weapons, top speed, tank, modules capacity), but all of them are offset by subpar handling and maneuverability.

It's nicely balanced then, I'm relieved. Looks like the Python I won't be obsolete after all

Not sure about P1, but Krait Mk2 is obsolete, maybe even deleted from the game.

Oh good, that damn loose wiring triggered me everytime. Particularly when you looked up in VR, to see the thing that was out-turning you, and it was there ....dangling.

I even tried standing on a chair once, looking for a VR ziptie.

I've seen canopies in ED change the look of a ship. But I've never seen a canopy turn a T8 into an Imperial Courier before .

I have a hard time envisioning the Corsair as a cargo ship.

It can carry a 100 ton ship. The Viper MK3 is 95 tons fully loaded.
