Night Vision not showing up

I tried to set the game on high gfx settings and ultra, NV shows as On but no visible changes in the world (No green outlines are drawn)
All drivers are up. It was working before.
I recently moved to an SSD from HDD, had to reinstall everything. So its fresh and snappy, everything works flawlessly, except the NV.
Settings have something like "GUI Effects" and such things, I tried to enable/disable those too, still nothing.
If anyone has an idea what it could be, please let me know. Much appreciated Commanders!

Sorry, I've been using night vision in the SRV and ship without problems...
(And using mostly ultra settings).
I've also got the latest nVidia drivers - after a struggle! (Broken files in d/load).
