No contacts

Is any one else getting or had no contacts in the nav panel.

I have got a mission to deliver items to Lawd station, been interdicted three times in my cutter down to 30 odd % shields.
When I try to request docking there are no contacts even though I am right outside the station

I have tried closing down and restarting still no contacts. Also gone back to the mission givers station still no luck.

Is there a remedy that has been found before I submit a ticket

That sounds like your sensors are offline.

You should be able to turn them back on from the right panel (unless they've got shot out somewhere, in which case a reboot/repair cycle will be needed if you don't have an AFMU aboard)
