No i swear im innocent... or punished because of a bug

So i was doin trading in my T9 and got interdicted from a imperial courier. I did accept interdiction and did boost away enter supercruise as usual.
NPC pirate came back to SC telling me again he wants to interdict me, but he was not fast enought or just didnt.

So i dropped off from SC to the starport and came out on the side of it.
So i hit boost to get under 7,5 KM to activate docking comp and all of a sudden that imperial courier appeared right in front of me and in the next second he was already destroyed.
I took no damage even my weak D shields had no loss, but i had a fine for ruthless flying and 6k bounty for murdering on me.

I have no problem that NPCs follow me, but to let em pop up in front of me where i have no chance to do anything about it, is not ok.
Let em entry behind me but not right in front of me to see him pop up only.

So around a week no trading for me i guess.

Yeah, I got a bounty in heike by accidentally ramming one of the patrolling ships. Was so sad, first innocent pilot I murdered. Just boosting away in a scout, crash, boom, 6.2k bounty.

I started making up a bunch of stories in my head too. Legitimately upset for the poor collection of electronic signals family. Still think they should equip 'em with ships strong enough to do more than splat on a scout ships cockpit though.

Why no trading for a week? The bounty is only in that specific system.

Just do another route until the bounty clears.

Nah i just do other things, since i got a big fleet.

Anyway this should not happen in 1st place.
