No missions from Ram Tah?

I noticed that when visiting the Meene system with engineer Ram Tah, as well as its station, no more missions are offered to explore the Guardian Ruins. Is this how it should be now?

The missions were never from the engineer base

Felice Dock and Weber Dock (or Mitchell Dock?) are where you get them, iirc.
