Thanks.

Do you know how to upload that Sandbox Zoo file to the workshop?

If yes, please do so and share the link - and let's see whether I can replicate your issue on my side.

If you do not know how to upload a zoofile to the workshop, please follow these steps outlined in this video from minute 1:36 (it's a very quick process).

Once you upload it to the workshop, please please share your file.
I don’t know how to do any of that I have the worst luck with technology, and about the pictures I done all this on my phone

Not sure if it's a bug, but in my game, if I turn of sickness, animals could still come sick from the market. Turning the option off only prevents them from getting sick in your zoo after they have beed treated.

However, in sandbox, I found it's less likely to get sick animals if you buy them with conservation credits and look for the ones that say "breeding program".
It’s biggest bug I’ve ever seen it all happened when I downloaded the Southeast Asia Pack for the game I think it has something to do with that pack

Did you send them your saved game so they can deal with the problem because they won’t listen to me and I’m getting irritated with them
Brandon this is the last time I am going to warn you. I understand that you are frustrated about having this issue, but the CMs are responding to you in this thread, and via PMs. Also moderators have spoken to you in these threads and via PMs.

To say that no one is listening to you is unfair and wrong. The team have gone out of their way to help you, far more of a personalised help than most people receive.

So please, stop with these comments.

A player know as Britches is having this problem ask them to send their saved game to you, and FYI I have been patience waiting for this issue to be resolved but I feel like a chump for asking for help if you can’t fix the problem and my is patience wearing thinner and thinner for every time the issue hasn’t been resolved
I have reached out to Britches via DMs, and in this thread, so fingers crossed they reply back :)

Just so I've got this covered as well, have you tried either re-installing the game or verifying the game files in Steam? If you haven't, please do. Your save files should be safe in the Steam Cloud, so you shouldn't lose your progress if you re-install.

If you need help verifying your game files then please let me know and I can walk you through the process :) We are here to help.

How long ago did you contact Britches because that person doesn’t seem to be replying to my post about me asking if they’ve done that or not, I think what y’all need to do if it’s possible is reach out to other players and ask them if they are having the same problem as me and what to as well and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Planet Zoo and verifying my Game and it didn’t help, I just want to cry😭.

If I may help you making a propper screenshot, so that the team can look into it better:

Hit ctrl and print at the same time on your keyboad. then open paint or a similar graphic program. Hit ctrl and v at the same time. Save the image. Try to post it here. If it doesn't work, I can give you further help.
Actually Steam makes it easier

F12 when in-game.
When in Steam main screen, View -> screenshots. There's also a button that will direct you to the proper path on your pc as well.

Unsuccessful in sending my saved game
Unable to send your savegame because the file is too big?
Tobs solution is by far the easiest one. (didn't think of that one, good one !!)

You can also use WeTransfer and you can share that URL to Frontier (select the savegame and fill in your e-mail in both slots, you'll receive the url in your mailbox)

If you want help, you need to be willing to receive help. Sometimes, sometimes,... you may have to make some little extra steps so the community can better understand your situation and replicate your experience.

Anyway, I'm doing it the other way round.

I have created this very simple zoo file (No path test zoo), with basic staff facilities, a path and all staff members (except educator). I've also created a work zone with all the buildings.

For you to open this zoo file, please follow this link https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2507238790 and click on the big green "+Subscribe" button. When prompted, log-in with your Steam account so the zoo file can be linked with your Planet Zoo game.

After you subscribe, start your Planet Zoo game (if you haven't already), and go to "My Zoos" and then, on the tab select "Downloads". The "No path test zoo" should appear there. Open it by clicking on "Play as sandbox".

Now try moving the tapirs from the trade centre to the quarantine facilities. Are you able to do it?

No it’s not anything like that I just can’t get it to go through irregardless of what I do but I’ll give this thing on Steam 🤞that it’ll work but like I’ve said before I have the worst luck with technology, and I appreciate your help

I’ll give it a try but I have to work today so I’ll do it when I get back

The bug seems to occur randomly in my game and not in all of my zoos. I'm still trying to find out what triggers it. I will send in the save file when it happens again, so I can give more information on what I just did ingame when the bug occured. Maybe this will help in any way.
Ok thanks for getting back to me if it does it again just send your saved game of it doing that to Jens Erik

thank you that is a big help if I can put my zoo up like that I’ll send it to Steam and hopefully y’all can get it, btw my zoo is kind of a beginner zoo I can’t build the zoo of my dreams without new barrier fences, I want to use a wooden fence for things like, Camels, Dall sheep, Zebras, and wildebeest but I don’t know when we are ever going to get new barriers

but like I’ve said before I have the worst luck with technology
You know that comment is not going to solve anything.
Sadly, Britches won't be able to provide a save-game with the same problem as you.
Seeing it's a rare bug/problem: the ball is in your court. (you want your problem solved)

1. Tobs' first option: Uploading your zoo to the workshop.
The section that's important in that video starts at 1:36 and ends on 1:50
  • tells you to click on "My Zoos" on your PZ main menu screen.
  • Move your cursor over to the file of "name of your bugged zoo" and click "upload to workshop"
  • Next screen, click on the "+" icon (not in video)
  • Next screen, fill in a random title and click the green button "create workshop item" (not in video)
  • Post the url for this workshop item on this forum
>What didn't work in those steps?

You were unable to try his second option, so no info on that one yet.

2. You already created a new sandbox zoo, with the same problem - so no point of doing that one again.

3. What did you try already? (most likely CM's or moderators already asked) but a yes or no is enough.
  • Verify your steamfiles?
  • Did you reinstall the game?
  • Created a new franchise zoo and tried to get the quarantine building working in that mode?
  • Tried the same in a scenario zoo - I know the Panda one forces you to use the quarantine building. Did the quarantine building work properly in that zoo?

4. Other questions
- How big is your savegame file in MB ?

You can always try to find someone to help you personally (friends/family/neighbors) to send your savegame to Frontier.
This is the best way to get actual help with your specific problem.

I'd suggest to try the way via loading your zoo up to the steam workshop as well, cause I think your bug is way more severe than mine is.
And you said, you experience it in your sandbox zoo? For me, it occured in franchise mode and only in one of my zoos there. But when I couldn't move the animal from quarantine to its habitat because of the bug, I moved it from quarantine to the trade centre first and from there right to the habitat. It worked. Maybe it works for you, too? I know, it's not a perfect solution, but maybe it's a workaround that lets you at least play your zoo again.

And sorry for the late reply. I watch way too many threads here and didn't notice I was mentioned directly. :)

Was this a day 1 zoo or a very old one? Which already "suffered" multiple updates?

Actually, it is so new, it was built after SEA (and the updates that went along with it) and it's not even finished now, cause it's still work in progress.
