I had the crash while boarding the ship. Came back and ship was on planet but couldn't be recalled. Took an Apex back to the station hoping I could recall it but the ship NPC only offers refresher training. I tried going to another system, dying, and a myriad of other things I looked up. No way to get to my ships. I put it in the issue tracker and put in a support ticket but still haven't heard back. It says on there that issues/bugs that prevent play would be prioritized but not sure how you find them in the sea of tickets/issues? Might be prudent to have a flag on issues/tickets that annotates "prevents play" or something.

I would submit another support ticket making sure the title indicates that you have been waiting 11 days.
Do the training (you can cancel it) then Inter Astra will let you do other things.
I would ping a CM. they are meant to be here daily now and I have seen Zach post earlier. They were all over the forum for two days after their 'new communication' drive so they should help you out today!

Other than they the usual 'recall the ship on the planet where you left it' or 'log in to the base game' should work. But you keep on bothering Support - have fun

Ok, so you select refresher training and NOTHING happens. Nothing, you can select him and ask again and again. You can wait for 20 minutes and nothing.
Log on to Horizons and it gives an error message "There was a problem retrieving commander data from the server"
After nearly 14 days, I have searched, I have tried just about everything. I have seen other tickets like this and reviewed some reddit posts. I have no options other than "bothering support" as you put it.
No sleep til Brooklyn...

Before Odyssey, Support resolved my issues within two or three days.
skip tutorial, and do it backwards after the start of the game. go to the ship merchand, he can send ur ships to the station. it takes some time till the ships arrive.
Thanks, tried this earlier too with no luck. Looking at posts of those that got it fixed, Frontier had to move the ship that I was flying to my location, or vise versa. I have another ship at my station but can't get to it.you need to do the training scenario, and then reload... or not.... as I have noticed someone saying it no longer functions
I had something similar where i ended up at the station, while the ship was apparently still at the planet.
there was no inter astra vendor staff (no shipyard) so i couldn’t try transfering my ship.
Bit of a dilemma - no ship!
Got my ship back by taking a Frontline to the same body (the only settlements were in conflict, so couldn’t apex).
Then walked maybe 1km away from the battle and requested my ship. Evidently the game had magicked it to being in orbit around the body, so problem solved.
Yeah I am in a pickle. I was at a irregular site when the crash happened while boarding. No settlements on the planet (there is a hub only I think, which I tried but can't exit the facility). Also when I was on the planet right after the crash, couldn't summon the ship. It might be magically back though, I just can't get there.
Oh I see, nasty. Another player could meet you at the station, team up, jump in their ship and be dropped off on the body (if you can remember which one!!).
Request ship, cross fingers.

Unfortunately, at least from reddit posts with exactly the same issue, returning to the planet didn't work either. Its the only thing I haven't tried because I can't, but prospects also don't look so good. When it happened on the planet, I relogged several times, ran about 1km away from the site, relogged again. Nothing. gave up and called an Apex at that point to try the summon thing with the ship NPC. Went to neighboring planet and died. Put me back in the station. Went to a neighboring system, same thing with the NPC. Died in a neighboring system, respawned back at that systems station. Its like my Odyssey commander is completely separated from my horizon account.
Ouch. Does sound borked. Support are usually super quick, but they’ll be under the pump at the moment i think.
just reading back through the thread. Just checking, you rsised a SUPPORT ticket right? Not getting confused with rsising an Issue? While there is clearly a bug, the issue tracker is Not going to help you in any timely fasion. Must be a support Ticket. Different web site.
