So many people still don't get it, do they?
You don't have to play with anyone, you can play solo.
Yesterday somebody created a thread and got laughed down because they wanted to make sure people understood that Solo play is still an option.
Case in point... people still don't get it. You don't have to dodge any [redacted].
Indeed, so many people still don't get it, in spite of it having been said and repeated so many times: we know single player mode is still available, but that isn't the point. The point is that some of us wish for our game to be affected in absolutely no way by what other players do. We don't want other people exploring our galaxy, influencing our markets, taking our missions and fighting our battles. We do not want a dynamic universe synced with every other player's. We want a completely solo experience, like Elite, like Frontier, like FFE, like any other single player game.
We are people who happen to have a completely different gaming philosophy. Why is that so difficult to understand?
