- Thargoid Sensors (Unknown Artefacts) were originally in Threat 0 (Or, Strong Signal Sources before the threat appeared at all)
- Thargoid Sensor USS then became Threat 4 signal sources, while Thargoid Probes were Threat 2.
- Both were just "Degraded Signal Sources" before non-human signal sources became a thing... because it wasn't confirmed as alien at that point.
Not sure about Sensors, but Probes have been in NHSS Threat 0 and Threat 2 (I think it was 0 then 2, might be mis-remembering the order)
