So my local HazRes has become infested with Felicity Winters Federal Agents - all clean. In order to do something about this and get to blow stuff up I thought I'd sign up for Mr Yong-Rui,

When I go to this system I am now hostile but the federal agents are not marked as enemy.... EH?

Help plz, I thought this was gonna be a feeding frenzy
