I own the game almost a year now and i see you are open to suggestions, so:
1. I want to be able to trade goods with my wing mates in-station (i mean while my wing mate is in the same station). Why i must go outside, away of the fire zone and throw them into space and then my wing mate has to collect them either by limpets or by himself. Enable us to be able to trade stuff while in the same station.
2. I want to be able to choose NPCs as a wing mate to maximum of three ofcourse, matching my ranking or lower, either by paying either by just getting them. Make it like roster screen where available NPCs appear their ship ranking and mods appear as well. Some search filter of course would be nice to be applied.
The first matter isn't necessary to apply to the second.
