Oculus Settings Missing?

I borrowed a friends Oculus DK2 and have setup 7.0.0 and 5.0.0 Switcher, when swapping to 5.0 and extending monitors as I have read in guides I am still unable to change any in game settings for Elite to display using the Oculus.
Am I missing something or is it completely borked?
I would really appreciate the assistance!

I believe the HMD option is under the 3D modes setting in the Graphics options.

you have to specify which monitor is the oculus (primary or secundary) , the FPS at 75 hz and in 3D , oculus headphones or speakers

I should clarify, I do not see the option under 3D for oculus headphones or speakers. I am using the 5.0 SDK via oculus switcher instead of the 7.0 and 8.0 versions.

To clarify, I have enabled 5.0 using the switcher instead of SDK 7.0 or 8.0.

I have selected the appropriate monitor in which Oculus is running in game but am unable to select the option for oculus 3D under 3D settings as it's not an available option to pick.

I am running Windows 10.

Think you need 0.6 for Windows 10 0.5 doesn't work I might be wrong

0.5 definitely works with win 10 using it myself

If your running an Nvidia card ? I had an issue where driver version 358.57 wouldn't display the oculus option in the display settings in ED, I had to role back to 358.50 in order to get it to work

Hello, I have the exact problem that the OP. Last time after i went back tp use it after a while i couldn´t find the option under the 3d tab. I am still running the SDK 0.5.
Nobody else has this issue?

Both of you havent confirmed that you have selected the secondary monitor in elite, the 3d stuff wont show till you do, also make sure that your occulas isnt 90 degress out by simply looking at the windows desktop through it, common issue so sometime you have to rotate the display in you graphic setting first.

Hmmm ok, i will double check again. Will let you know if that was the problem. Thanks for the tip
